#MapleSyrupSeason Update: It’s boil day! The syruping process is such a neat lesson for visiting students. We’re grateful to have this gorgeous, custom-built maple syruping cabin to walk the students through the process of boiling the sap down into syrup. If you haven’t seen the Cartier Continuing Education cabin yet, it is only a quick walk from the main building. Go peek in the windows and let us know if you can smell the syrup cooking!
Maple syrup season has official kicked off at Fallen Timbers! Did you know that the public is welcome to visit on weekends and weekdays after 2:30p.m.? It’s true! If you don’t have plans this weekend, go take a peek in the sap buckets and walk the trails! Shoutout of thanks to Matt, the Director of Fallen Timbers, for sharing these pics.
